Delivery Providers
This page explains the supported shipping providers, service partners, and services in Prodyflow for managing deliveries and labels.
Supported Couriers
- GLS
- MPL
- FoxPost
- DHL Express
- DPD
- SameDay
These are the shipping companies that can be used by default to create delivery labels and track shipments.
More providers can be added as needed.
You need to add your API details in the Integrations Settings for each provider.
Supported Service Provider Partners
We support Service providers for additional delivery options:
- Pactic
- Pactic CrossBorder
- Kvikk
- Futar.hu
These providers may handle logistics, cross-border shipping by multiple Courier partners.

Automating Tracking and Parcel Management
Prodyflow supports with every courier automation for tracking and parcel management to reduce manual work in the warehouse and webshop system.
- Order and transfer status updates: The system can automatically update the status of orders, sourcing and internal transfers as shipments progress.
- Email notifications to buyers: Tracking information and delivery updates can be sent automatically via email.
- Return management: Returns can be processed efficiently, with statuses updated in the system and instructions provided to customers.
- Automatic delivery note closure: For carriers that require this, such as MPL, delivery notes can be automatically generated each day.
These automation features ensure that data remains consistent across the system and that shipping processes follow the configured workflows.
Additional Notes
- Parcel locker delivery is available not just locally, but Prodyflow supports everything that is available by the providers. This means with GLS, DPD and Pactic CrossBorder across the EU, and DHL Express globally, customers can choose to pick up their packages at a nearby locker, reducing missed deliveries and improving satisfaction.
- Features like Paperless Tax & Duty Support with Global delivery providers like DHL Express simplify international shipments by automatically handling customs documentation. This reduces administrative overhead and accelerates delivery times for cross-border orders.
