Labels

The Labels funciton in Prodyflow allows you to manage shipping labels efficiently for your warehouse and webshop operations. It is designed to automate and simplify the label generation process while ensuring compatibility with supported providers.

Automatic Label Printing​

Labels can be printed automatically as orders are created or updated, reducing manual work and improving warehouse efficiency.

Options for Labels​

Prodyflow allows you to configure label settings via the courier provider’s API, ensuring that shipping labels meet the requirements of each carrier.

The available formats of a shipping label depends on the selected carrier and service type. Each provider has specific requirements for their labels.

When a label is generated through Prodyflow, it includes the order number from your webshop. This allows warehouse staff to match packages to orders easily. Note that the placement of the order number and other details may vary between providers.

Custom Store Name on Shipping Labels​

By default, the sender name on your shipping labels is the store name set in your Prodyflow admin. However, you may want to customize this name for special situations, for example to comply with local regulations that require using your legal business name instead of your commercial store name.

For fulfillment purposes, it is also possible to use the names of your delivery partners as the sender when needed.

Printing Shipping Labels​

Shipping labels can be printed directly when packing products:

  • After packing, simply click Print to generate the label.
  • Labels can also be printed from the Orders List, in the Delivery column, or from the Order Detail Page by clicking the delivery icon next to the delivery-related event on the timeline.

Printing Labels for Income & Sourcing​

Labels can also be printed from the Delivery menu on the Income & Sourcing Details page, once a delivery label has been created for the transfer.

Delivery Note (shipping manifests) Support​

Prodyflow supports printing delivery notes for shipments handled by delivery providers. This ensures proper documentation and smooth handover of packages for fulfillment and logistics management.
